We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or color on eligible items. To request an exchange, contact us at [juiced.world@mail.com] with your order number and the item you'd like instead.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
